For added convenience, we’ve placed pet waste stations throughout the community to help keep the neighborhood clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Cedar Ridge offers luxury 3- and 4-bedroom townhomes in Charlotte, NC, ranging from 1,982 to 2,374 square feet. Each home features an attached double-car garage for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that include high ceilings, luxury wood plank flooring, and an in-home washer and dryer for everyday ease.

To apply for a home, select your desired floor plan on our property website under the Floor Plans page and complete your application online. Once the application and required fees are submitted, the home will be taken off the market, and our team will keep you updated throughout the process, including next steps such as submitting proof of income and verifying your move-in date.

Yes. Renter’s insurance is required with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage.

Cedar Ridge does not participate in these programs at this time.

We offer a minimum of 12 month lease term options based on availability

Cedar Ridge is a deposit-free community. If a refund is due, it will be issued within 30 days after move-out to the forwarding address provided.

Utility information is provided at the time of approval. Residents are required to set up select utilities directly with the provider.

Rent is due on the 1st and can be paid via Bilt on your resident portal. We offer flexible payments through programs like Flex.

No. EV charging stations are not available.

Each home includes an attached two-car garage. Select homes also have a driveway, and additional street parking is available throughout the community at no extra cost.

Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We allow a maximum of two pets per home, with breed restrictions in place for Pit Bull–type breeds (including American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), as well as Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Chow Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies.

Pet waste stations are located throughout the community for resident convenience.

Yes. Each townhome includes a washer and dryer.

Packages are delivered directly to your front door or mailbox, depending on the delivery carrier.

No. Furnished homes are not available.

Yes. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Lease renewals can be completed by selecting the renewal offer in the resident portal. The lease will then be generated and uploaded for electronic signature.

No. Subleasing is not allowed at Cedar Ridge.

A 60-day notice is required prior to the lease end. If this requirement is not met, the lease will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

A 60-day notice must be given prior to move-out. A pre-move-out inspection will be scheduled, and residents must return their keys and notify the office once they have vacated. A final inspection will be completed, and the final account statement will be provided within 7–10 business days.
